Andrew Youssef has held his current position, based in Dubai, since May 2022. In September 2021 he joined the company as general manager, for the CIS region, based in Moscow, Russia.

Before joining Manitowoc, Youssef was Caterpillar regional sales manager leading the Africa and Middle East region of SEM Machinery, a Chinese earthmoving equipment manufacturer acquired in 2008.

From 2016 to 2018 he was regional sales manager at aerial work platform manufacturer JLG. For two years before that he was international business development manager at Rapid Access, a division of Loxam Group, the world’s third largest equipment rental company. From 2009 to 2014 Youssef was at Chinese construction equipment manufacturer Sany, working in increasing commercial roles in China and Germany.

Youssef is pursuing an MBA through the dual degree programme from Tsinghua University and INSEAD. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Elon University.
